  CEC has close relations with ICLEI over the past few years and is an important partner of ICLEI. CEC and ICLEI jointly held several workshops on green procurement. They jointly launched the“Green Public Procurement China Partnership Initiative”at 2015 Workshop on Green Procurement in order to improve the capacity of local governments in green public procurement and promote effective implementation of green public procurement.
